MENA Advisory ("we", "us", "our") provides independent payments and fintech advisory services from offices in Doha, London and Istanbul. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.madvisory.qa, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

MENA Advisory, Tornado Tower, Majlis Al Taawon St, Doha, Qatar. You can contact us about this policy or any data we hold on you at info@madvisory.qa.

What we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

  • Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, position, company, email address, telephone number (if provided) and the content of your enquiry. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores your theme (light/dark) and language preference locally in your browser so the setting persists between visits — this stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss and deliver advisory services, send updates you have asked to receive, and maintain records of our business communications. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

Third parties who process data on our behalf

Our contact form is processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Our email newsletter sign-up is handled by a third-party mailing provider. These providers act as data processors on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

Legal basis and applicable law

As a Qatar-headquartered business, we handle personal data in accordance with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). For visitors based in the UK or EU, we process enquiry data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating our website.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and correspondence data for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to delete it, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@madvisory.qa. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
