What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, position, company, email address, telephone number (if provided) and the content of your enquiry. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The site saves your theme (light or dark) and language choice in your browser so they persist between visits; this stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss and deliver advisory services, and keep records of our business communications. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.
Third parties who process data for us
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service, which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our instructions and may not use your data for its own purposes. We do not share your data with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Legal basis and applicable law
As a Qatar-headquartered business, we handle personal data in line with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). For visitors in the UK or EU, we process enquiry data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@madvisory.qa. We will respond within a reasonable time.
